Training

The club runs five training sessions a week. The sessions are split into senior Mens (1s/2s), senior Womens (1s/2s), Men's Club Training (3s/4s/5s/6s/7s), Women's Club Training (3s/4s/5s/6s) and Academy (Juniors).

Trials - 2009/10 Season

Trials are combined as part of a festival type event called 'Club Day'. This comprises of a festival tournament all played on astro at Dulwich College. The idea is that this is much more fun than the traditional 'trials' and gives the people to actually take part in 'match-situations'. Also, its a lot more fun!

Training nomally starts the week following on from Club Day.

Please Note: For both Dulwich College & JAGS no parking is allowed at the respective Sports Centres. For DC please park in the main car park at Dulwich College (which is accessible from the South Circular) and for JAGS please park in either the main school car park or on the road.

Academy (Juniors)

The Academy (Juniors) training sessions are on Sundays. The morning session is split into various time slots:

0930-1300	Under 11s (Mixed)
1030-1130	Girls (Yr7 and above)
1130-1220	Boys (Yr7 and above)

Coaching Team

The coaching team work hard to ensure that all players get the level of training they need. After a short warm up, a typical session will involve working on core-skills - ranging from basics and then developing them into recognisable game situations.
