By joining Tulse Hill and Dulwich Hockey Club all members agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

• Standing Orders are normally taken on the 5th day of each month or the next available working day.

• Membership may be postponed in the event of injury as long as the club are made aware at the time of the injury and not at a later date.
