2007-8 is going to be the season that THD 4's break out of Div 4. hopefully! The 4's are successful socially if not always on the pitch! The team are friendly and laid back, but occasionally we are overtaken by a fiercely competitive streak (only occasionally mind) and we love playing up to the supporters! 2006-7 started at an awesome win rate but ended up in mid-table obscurity, so we will be looking to continue that inspiring start this year, with a view to continuing it for a tad longer this time. Oh and there were engagements and a few more weddings and at least one baby on the way as a bit of distraction... but it's not all 20-30 somethings, there is a certain amount of teenage angst amongst the older and, supposedly, wiser heads. |
