Last season was a great year for the Womens 1s - we finished 2nd in the league but, slightly disappointingly, missed out promotion to South Div 1 on goal difference, but made up for it by winning the HA Trophy at the end of April. So the aim for the 07/08 season is to do one better and get promoted! With a great mix of players, we take our hockey seriously and work hard on the pitch, but we also make sure we let our hair down and enjoy ourselves off the pitch too. The dance floor is no stranger to most of this team. |
